The 2011 Kite Attitude quick
releaser benefits from our extensive experience and thousands of
users: from beginners, instructors to pro-riders.

Connecting the leash to the red loop will totally depower the kite
if you trigger the quick releaser. Experienced riders can take advantage of the "double
depower mode":
- assume that you had to trigger the quick releaser: if you connect
it to the ring of the double depower rope, the kite will tend
to fall on one side, ready to relaunch
- let's say you miss your handle pass (or any unhooked move) and
your kite falls: the double depower will slow down the fall of
your
kite, much more than a "suicide leash" connection

Note: you can also connect the leash to the red loop (connected
to one front line)
Great for Freestyle
The top part of the quick releaser "locks" into the bar
center hole when you are unhooked, so it makes it easier to rehook.
No more unwanted
release in 2009, due to a new outline.
Integrated Cleat and Swivel
You can easily untwist the kite front lines thanks to the swivel.
The swivel can turn under high load (German technology). The cleat
makes it really convenient to adjust the incidence of the kite.
Sharp Design
The ultralight alloy is protected with a cataphoresis treatment (same
as car manufacturers do). The stylish cover with velcro makes it
easy to clean the sand in
the
quick releaser, etc...
Flexibility
The quick releaser can be configured in different ways to fit your
needs: one of the 2 ropes can be terminated with a ring to hook the
leash: then you can depower the kite and relaunch it. The leash can
also be connected to the safety line or 5th line; the safety line
can connect to one of the front lines.
Triggering the Quick Releaser
You trigger the quick releaser with a ball connected to it: pull towards yourself,
either straight or sideways.
Removable donkey dick
You can easily take off the donkey dick.
|
- very compact: you have more room
for your arms to sheet out and depower the kite
- highly secure:
complies with French Afnor safety rules. This means the quick releaser
can release under very strong load, even if it is full of wet
sand, or if it really cold. ...it is a very good idea that you check with your
current manufacturer whether their quick releaser can release when it is full
of wet sand...
- very easy and fast to snap back in
